3 days ago I lost signal. The day after phoned customer care to be assured it had been escalated and it would have a24 hour to 48 hour turn around time. It's been well over that and still nothing I phoned your untrained staff who couldn't tell me why I hadn't been contacted and how it would be resolved.
I'm an online teacher losing money every hour I don't teach! I'm lucky I haven't lost my job due to this. Rain never responds to emails unless it's about them receiving payment!!! We pay for a service that falsly advertises uncapped and unthrottled. Also how can their not be a supervisor in the office !!
I cannot wait to cancel with rain and encourage as many people as possible to do the same because it really isn't worth it!!
