no response from TELKOMZA

I have been expediencies slow speeds on my internet since Christmas day and thought i will wait till the new year before reporting it because the festive season might be having heavy traffic on the lines.
I reported the fault on the 3rd Jan and the technician visit me on the 5th and i was appalled at the inexperience of the Technician as he wanted to connect his own modem to my line but was not capable to log into the router of his to use Telkom guest a/c and after several attempts and phone calls he abandoned his attempts and looked on his Cellphone and advised me that there seems to be a fault with the cable and that he would refer it to the cable section.
As nothing had changed by Yesterday i again phoned 10210 and asked them to escalate the fault but nothing seems to change.
I am appealing to you to look into this matter urgently as my wife works from home typing court procedures for the Supreme court and relies heavily on a stable internet to download the court procedures to enable her to type and return the work to them speedily.
Seems all the good technicians took retrenchment packages as this technician who visited me was not even to setup his rooter to get into telkom guest account and the Telkomza guy does not respond to any private messages anymore.
Is there anyone else where i can take my complaint to because i have escalated my fault twice with 10210 without success .
 
Did you come right, did you get in touch with him,

I've PM'd him also, wondering if there is a fast way to get his attention.
