Hi Guys

I am not sure if this is the correct thread to post this in, if not my apologies.

Last evening when I tried to connect to the internet I kept getting "No Response". I chalked it up to load shedding and left it at that. Earlier this morning I had no issues. Later on I tried to connect again and got the same "No Response" but soon after it connected without problems.

What I would like to know is if this persists should I log a fault with Telkom, my ISP or do I need a new router?

Thanks in advance

Probably due to telkom upgrades taking place all over, read below extract:

"Please note that for at least the next 7 days, and possibly until the end of this month, Telkom will be upgrading most exchanges around South Africa. During this time, your Telkom exchange may go offline for up to 7 hours, and you may have difficulty synchronising with the Telkom network entirely, and authenticating on ISP accounts. Throughput during this time may also be reduced should Telkom move capacity over their redundant links to prevent downtime for any unforeseen or preventative reasons. Should this happen to your line, please do not be alarmed, as this is an expected process while these overdue upgrades and maintenance processes take place on the Telkom network."
