A family in Pietermaritzburg buried a 7-year-old boy this week thinking he would rest in peace. But now police are searching for them to tell them his grave has been dug up and his coffin stolen for resale.

My GF has a friend at work who had buried their mom a while back. Recently the dad also passed away. When at the mothers funeral the son wrote something on the side of the coffin(as is a particular tradition with him apparently).
When he went to do the same with the fathers coffin the message that he had written on the old coffin was there again!
Its seems coffin "recycling" is more prevalent than we are led to believe.
Needles to say he just about went psycho on the funeral home who sold the coffin to him
