Hi guys.

I brought an M.2 NVMe HDD. The box it came in had no mounting screw so I can't mount it to the motherboard. Am I supposed to get the screw with the motherboard or the M.2 HDD? Not sure where to from here.

Thanks!

Usually it comes with the motherboard.

Intel also dont include a screw for their NVMe's

And there wasnt one that was on the laptop mobo, bloody stupid of them not to include any.

Yet my Chinese Hikvision NVMe came with 3.

Computer stores are open, you'll probably get one for free if you ask.

Thanks for all the responses. My dumb ass found them in the deepest corner of my mobo box. Phew!

I found that the screws laptops use for their bottom panels fit the M.2 socket. Just as well I had a few around.

Did you buy from them?

The reason I ask is this past weekend I order : https://www.manicaa.com/catalog/product/view/id/1496276/ which is listed as in stock. Got refunded last night cause it's out of stock.
I'm giving them one last chance with : https://www.manicaa.com/catalog/product/view/id/1237442

Not too impressed with them right now.

This is not looking very favourable. Got this email on Wednesday :

We know you’re excited to get your order, so this is just a friendly update advising that your order will be dispatched IN THE WEEK OF 20 JULY 2020.

Way to slow.
