No Service from Rain

I received my 5g router on Thursday 14th of December. After setup there was no signal. I logged call but no response. After a day I called the call centre and was told it would be activated. It is Monday 18th and it's still not activated. Utterly disappointed by the lack of service from Rain
 
Hello.

I got my 5G the 101 today but it has been 3 hours and it says it does not have internet connection.

This is really frustrating, I have been waiting to be called but no agent has ever called.

You guys call so fast when we need to get Wi-Fi but when there’s trouble we’re on our own?
 
I just don't understand why people still go for Rain after so many complaints. I guess people love the stress and heartache.

Because in the media (and in MyBB articles) Rain seems like a good deal. Until you take the plunge and find out you bought a turd.
