No signal from last day, and dropping problem near one week.Why is it connected to a tower six kilometers away and not to the nearest?

Hi, my internet was disconnected and the reason for the disconnect is said to be missed payment, but I've paid my bill on November 1st and in my rain website it doesn't show any missed payment just my billing date. Can that be fixed @rain_mobile?
