No Signal: Primary Decoder Only

I have a HDPVR 2P and a 1131 connected in extra-view, which was working until the power went out for a while last night. Since then the 2P gives a "set top box error" and both tuners show 0 signal. I didn't mess with the cables, just rebooted it a few times and left it to see if it works this morning. Still nothing.

What's strange is that the extra-view decoder is fine. Is there something I can try before getting an installer out?

Have a similar issue. Haven't had any luck yet. Let me know if u get anywhere.

The people who installed it for me got it working over the phone. Booting the PVR without the smartcard looks to be what fixed it (wait for the PVR to boot completely before putting the card back in). They said it should give a smart card error but it still showed the "check your set top box" message. The difference was that re-scanning actually worked after that instead of immediately bombing out like it used to.
