Hi so I got the rain 5g router and I did check I have coverage in my area (checked on rain’s website) but the router’s status light keeps flickering blue then green and keeps repeating that. When I try to “activate/setup” it says no signal but my neighbor said when he tested his router he got full signal

Yea they said "Great news - your rain 5G order has been successfully delivered, RICAed and activated."

ok update, i get full 5g signal but not able to use the internet

So I just to clarify i got full signal in the admin login but when doing the activation test it says no signal

Hi, I received my rain order 4G, before purchase I checked and my area is covered. I was told when delivered by RAM it is already RICA'd however it has no signal. I am using my LenovoT470 thinkpad. the sim apprears but it has no service. please assist?
