No Signal

I have been using rain for a while till this month it decided to disconnect me. When home i have no signal at all just no service. Can i get help please with this issue. Now hearding for a month with this issue. If its something that cant be solved please notify me so i know which option to take...your quick response is highly appreciated with tis matter...

If doable please move me from a tower i am connected to... it seems to be a dead tower to me...please please.

Jacob, without emotion or conjecture, I think you might have to consider a different internet provider.

Here people will criticize and say nasty things about rain. Unfortunately it does accurately stem from poor performance and reliability.

For piece of mind and purpose I recommend looking for another provider.
