No Signal

Strange thing - suddenly my Vodacom signal is zero ( no service), yet my wife’s phone has got normal signal and she’s right next to me.

I’ve restarted my phone, pulled my SIM card out and back in, but no luck. I’ve made sure my phone is not in Airplane mode or DND mode.

What else should I be checking?

Resolved.

I called Vodacom customer care and they confirmed that there was no unauthorized sim swap.

I told them that I activated OneNumber on my Apple Watch earlier and it appears that it somehow deactivated my phone signal. They deactivated OneNumber and a few hours later I had signal again.
