No Signal

Rain works just fine but it's showing No signal when I try to watch Live channels but I'm able to watch movies and series,I've cleared cache,checked the apps settings,rebooted my router but it doesn't want to work

I'm using Wakatv,I can watch movies with no issue but when I try to watch live channels,the tv buffers and for some chsnnels it has a No Signal error
