No signall

I have HD pvr and my signal was low and I reset the decoder (full factory reset) now I have no signal at all, I've tried almost everything nothing works.
I was playing but not all the cannels and I reset it and now is not working. Please assist

I was watching normal cannel and wanted to change to another but it didn't play ( only voices but no picture) and I did th full factory reset and after it reboot there was no signal at all.

I went to check the signal from the twin-LNB with a satellite finder and there is sufficient signal on both but there is nothing coming to the decoder, I was watching the tv before I reset it so there is no way the cable broke but after it reboot it gave me a massage that read: Please wait while the decoder tries to determine in which saterlite footprint it reside

Now I'm having this problem. Own dish, and this problem started this week. Any suggestions? I have s Pace 4 tuner unit.
