No SMS's on CellC

Hi there
I'm on CellC and over the last 2 weeks I have been unable to send OR receive any SMS's. I called Autopage (my contract provider) and they said that there is some big problem with CellC since they upgraded their services 2 weeks ago.
I've tried contacting CellC via Twitter but had no response.
I'm in Port Elizabeth, out near Seaview side.
Does anyone know anything that could help?

Jonno, I have had this problem since December 2010 and still waiting for Cell C to resolve this, a very helpful help line person did get back to me and after two weeks he stopped helping me after trying everything to get my SMS working. So if you get this resolved please post what was done to resolve this.

No issues before or since the upgrade, been receiving/send SMSs right up until today, no problems so far.
