no sound on mnet

Got a daul view decoder.
TV1 no sound on mnet [101 -till 104] rest fine.
TV2 all fine. Did reset the decoder.
did check sound setting on remote, etc.

Family advise me to phone dstv, but I rather ask you guys.

Call dstv, if the call centre is open, they'll an very quickly. Remember to say 'transfer me'

most likely its the surround sound option under language options. Press the language button on the remote and switch surround sound off for mnet and see if that makes a difference. Did the trick for my decoder...
