DSTV Explora No Sound
Hi,
I turned on my Explora this morning and there is no sound on any channels, Catchup or Box office.
The DSTV agent took me through all the steps with no resolution (checked UHF, PAL I, tuner strength etc). She was in the process of guiding me through a factory reset when I then got cut off from the call. The reset still didn't fix the problem anyway.
I've checked the audio on the TV and it works fine from other sources.
Without having to go through the whole call again, any thoughts on what else I can try? The box is only 3 months old, can I return it to the store I bought it from to test as I can't get all the way to the Multichoice office in Randburg
