New account started this Weds - with Premium and PVR functionality. Paid for the first month at PnP.
Neither the app or online will stream. The app says card is not linked. On clicking "link smart card" it goes to connect.dstv.com which says the card is linked & active. It says Premium but nothing indicates PVR here.
Online once logged in it says "You must be a DStv Premium PVR customer".
On calling support, they said there's no problem they can see, the account is premium pvr.
Any ideas?
