Hello Guys.
I am not one to name and shame on forums or out a company for poor service if I have not heard their side, BUT I am left with no choice.
I have been trying to contact their support fro days now via Online Support Tickets, Email, Skype and literally 10+ calls per day to their support line but no luck in reaching them.
I have several domains and hosting packages with them and to date had no problems. I recently registered another domain and I urgently need to setup emails and upload website for my client...no reply from them since Thursday, No Answer on the phones...etc etc etc
PLEASE HELP me to somehow get hold of Circle.co.za (except for their landline and email and site) or direct me to which regulatory body I can submit a complaint
