Every company - even 8ta - have a rep that can assist with queries.

You actually need someone to have Customer Service before they can have a rep.

So Telkom is excluded, what would be the point, they provide no customer service !

thats nice to know but i understand that they would also be asking for a world of trouble if they acted as reps. I just wish customers had a little direction. What to do when telkom makes the mistake and you have to pay for it for as long as you use their services.

That's the issue ... no number or anything. I don't mind waiting the 3 months or whatever for installation, but I'd like to know I'm the queue at least.

Telkom isn't a company, more of a semi-state institution. kinda like Zuma doesn't have a rep either.

yeah that's right, i'm putting all the blame that our telecoms is in the state it's in squarely on government. not that tannie Zille would do any better i reckon. ...calling rastas "drug-lords" and what not, that's a special kind of stupid man
