"No Tower" on UT Tracestar

Hey guys,

What does it mean if I connect to "No Tower"? It says that the uplink failed, but I still get 70% signal and 500kb/s. Is this just some kind of bug on the program?

It used to be uplink failed but wbs is swapping towers names as new towers come out, there is a great chance 0 is now a tower. If you can find out what tower it is.
