No USSD response in Mobile Partner (Huawei K3715)

Mobile Partner - I do not get any reply when using the USSD command. It works well using MDMA.
Any setting I need to change?

Help will be appreciated.

Can you connect to the internet and use the internet? If you can only acess cell c website than you got to go in and ask for another sim/bundle.
 
Huawei K3715 - I connect 3G very good speeds however no repsonse on USSD .
Alternative is if someonce can mail me the Cell C connection manager - software.

I phoned their Cell C's helpdesk yesterday and they were not keen to mail me the software said I must buy their modem - DUH I already have a modem.

The Cell-C dashboard is just a branded version of Mobile Partner, so if you're not getting a USSD response from Mobile Partner I'd say chances are good you won't in the Cell-C dashboard either.
