No water in kitchen

So there was a water interruption in my area the other day (thanks to those nice fibre digger), however when the water was finally restored I discovered I have water at every tap but the kitchen mixer (hot or cold). Anyone know what could cause this? I didn't open or close any valves during the interruption.

Unscrew the little filter shown above, take it out and clean it.

Might be an air bubble. Maybe spray a hose pipe up into the tap to see if it dislodges it.

Open all the taps in your house for a minute.
