"node.dll is missing from your computer"

.... "node.dll is missing from your computer" is the error message I get when I want to install a particular .exe file.

Any advice?

It's a Windows system file apparently. You can fix by running System File Checker.

sfc /scannow

Alternatively, reregister the DLL. Instructions below
