Noisy bikers

They'll be taken out in good time. The same crowd drive around here in double cabs pissed on brandewyn and coke...

A matter of time before the two converge violently and there will only be one winner.

Darwinism at work....

So right, tried going on holiday, stayed at daughters stone historical flat,Mossel Bay near "the point" ,lovely except for Neanderthals cruising around the point, in their regalia, while the holiday makers were appropriately dressed in beachwear. Right Darwinism does exist in the bikers fraternity!

Just call the Metro cops. SAPS will do **** all.

Chances are these same prats ride without license plates. Metro will love them long time for that.

Absolutely right, should try the Metro!

Ok apart from the downside of noisy bikers, there are some pretty decent motorcycle enthusiasts out there. I have had some I know, have gone to the Sturgess, probably the largest and most organized motorcycle rally in the world. So if the "bikers" take heed of those motorcycle enthusiasts, maybe people's perceptions of them will change! e.g. The annual toy run is a landmark in the way people see bikers, but the the Jeckyll and Hyde syndrome kicks in, so back to noisy irritating bikers.

Noisy bikers?

Noisy motorists.
Noisy pilots.
Noisy truck drivers.
Noisy pedestrians.
Noisy gardeners with their chainsaws, weedeaters, mowers, blowers, and trimmers.

Noise. Noise. Noise.

I wouldn't single out bikers.

Ja it's more just a simple case of noisy idiots with no concept of decency.

Doesn't matter what method of transport.

I've had aftermarket pipes on all my bikes and will on the current one eventually...never had a complaint because I don't rev the thing In the driveway.

Doesn't even idle for more than it needs to a minute at most and when I come home at night I sneak down the road and kill it.

What I can't fathom are the really special people who rev it as they switch it off, leaving all that unburnt fuel inside to make starting it the next morning a real problem...when they need to rev it endlessly to keep it going.

Worse still are the Citigolf "mechanics" who fix their cars by revving them endlessly. I didn't know there's anything you could do with a car every week, unless you drive 15000km on a weekly basis and need to service it that often.

probably right
"I have long held the opinion that the amount of noise that anyone can bear undisturbed stands in inverse proportion to mental capacity and therefore be regarded as a pretty fair measure of it."
