Noisy, rattling old plumbing.

I recently had a piece of plumbing replaced, a pipe that goes into the top reservoir of a toilet. Since then after the toilet is flushed and it fills with water, when the flushing mechanism start to close the water supply due to the reservoir being filled to the correct level, the pipes starts making a noise, like a loud banging noise and the pipes rattle.

I don't know if I should replace that piece of pipe that leads into the reservoir or the flushing mechanism.

Any advice will be appreciated.
