Here's how it's done:
Go to http://sjc-nokia5800.blogspot.com and download the 5800 debrand tools (20 mb file)
follow the instructions in picture format on the website,and change your product code to 0574328
Thats the one vodacom gave me.
I didnt change back to the original because i think they dont either, but it's up to you, maybe change back before you send it in for repairs?
its easy to change, takes about 30 seconds and doesnt involve damaging or opening or installing software on the phone.
