Nokia 5800, GPS Software

Hey guys

Im looking for GPS Navigation software for the Nokia 5800, kind of like TomTom for Symbian... Ofcourse with South African maps... Any good ones out there?

Nokia Maps is quite good. Did you not get 6 months free navigation in your box? And yes, you can download the maps onto phone so that you don't have to use your data connection all the time to get the maps.

Get Garmin xt - the software is for free for touchphones, the rest of it i.e maps, unlock etc. check on this site - do a search for 6110 garmin xt. It's working 100% on my 5800xm

The Nokia 6710 looks promissing. Has a lifetime licence and is R159 on a MTN100. Wonder when VC will have it?

I have loaded NDrive on my 5800 with SA Maps, also has speedcam alerts just take the garmin files and convert it for use with Ndrive. Works well.

on vodacom they only gave me a 10 day nokia maps license with this phone. lame.

Got one yesterday and also only got a 10 day license. WTF? Hopefully maps still works when the license expires.
