Please help!!
I am trying to dial up using bluetooth modem. I keep getting an error 734 "The PPP Link control protocol was terminated.
I can dial up fine with the USB cable.
What settings must I check for/ change on the phone or the PC.
I'm using XP Prof SP2
I can connect 100% to the phone via PC Suite with blue tooth, I just cannot dial the modem. If I set the terminal to come up before dialing, I can enter AT commands. ATI gives "Nokia" so I assume the PC can at least "See" the modem.
EDIT: Dialing up via my Vodacom Contract. Username "internet", number *99#
TIA
B.
*** SOLVED *** I just needed to add "+CGDCONT=,,"internet"" In the advanced settings.
As a matter of interest, What does this do actually?
