Nokia 6260

Hi all

I was wandering if anyone one here has a Nokia 6260 and has experienced any problems with it. i currently have one and the battery life is appaling, 30mins talk time at most, and the phone randomly shuts down, says it has a full battery then 30mins later after sendind a few sms playing about 15mins of games and the battery is dead again, charge it sometimes 3times a day but on average 2times, if anyone out there knows any secrets or has the same experinces please let me know. V3g i have heard that Nokia are doing a recall on this model because of the problems any idea? or know of any know problems with this model??

Give Nokia a call regarding this. The problem sounds like it could be one of the following:

:- Dud battery when you got it new
:- Charger faulty or internal circuitery fault

If still under warranty Nokia will repair it for free or if it is being recalled swap it out. Can't remember the Nokia number offhand but I've spoken to them before about another Nokia phone that had a similiar problem and they swapped it out.
