Nokia 9300

Hi there
My friend has a Nokia 9300. Since last week he had the following problem!
He clears the "recent call list", but the numbers under last dialed still shows. We cleared then "all calls cleared". But still the last numbers dialed shows.
He changed the background colours to something else, but the phone refuses to change to the new colours!!
We removed the battery, sim etc..., restarted up, but everthing is still like it was, same colours with the most recent calls showing. Can any 1 just help us here who MAYBE had the same problem please

Reset it!!
Take the battery out and and just before it starts up hold control - shift and keep pressing F it will format the phone and kill watever bugs you had.
Do a back up before if u want.
