Where in Cape Town can I take a MTN Nokia 9300i to get it's firmware updated? Preferably somewhere that can do the update on site.

AFAIK:

Nokia is has contracted Exactmobile to do their Upgrades. Just check with them. The contracted stores are no longer dealing with any repairs or upgrades.

Have contacted Exactmobile.

They tell me that they do not have any Nokia technicians in Cape Town. The phone will have to be sent to Jo'burg to be updated.

How is this possible? Does Nokia no longer care about customer support at all?

Don't know why they changed their service provider to be honest. And to exactmobile of all people !
