My mom is using this phone and it is not a bad phone but for some reason sms get mixed up. Say I send her a message, my message witll go into a conversation she had with another friend and it gets very confusing. Now I am thinking a software upgrade might help but I am not sure how to do a software upgrade. please help

Don't know but guessing its a message layout option. Check "options" or "settings", maybe...

ok thanks. I switched phone off, took batt out and it seems to be back to normal so we see
