Nokia Car Kit Decision

Hi guys,

I am buying a car that already has one of the old Nokia 6000 series car kit in. I am planning on getting the Nokia E65 when re-newing my contract and therefore obviously need to make a plan with the car kit in the car I am buying.

So there are two options. Either I rip the car kit out, and have a bluetooth kit installed, or I just replace the cradle with one for the E65.

Can anybody please shed some light on this? Is it possible to replace only the cradle?

AFAIK you only need to replace the cradle you could even unplug the cable at the cradle and plug that into your phone.

Most places that install car kits can order one for you.
