Nokia E5

Is the E5 a good phone? I've decided against going touch screen and I hate blackberries. This phone on my contract-topup315 vodacom- gives me a R1000 gift card. Is this a good phone? Anyone know if the GPS is just trial or full version..

I have compared and compared until my eyes have starting bleeding.. The price difference -measured in voucher size- is R700.. And I don't think a little metal and autofocus camera will steer me away from the E5 now.. If it didn't have GPS.. Might've been different.

From your comparison the E5 has twice the amount of RAM and has a fresher interface going for it. IMHO E72 feels a bit outdated and common even though it may have some extra functionality.

I use both, and the only functionality I miss on the E5 is the Multiscanner. For some reason it won't work on the E5.

The Nokia E5 is basically a cheaper E72.

It's ok for phone calls & email, but nothing more. Wifi performance is horrible.
