If anyone can assist with the following problem i have it will be much appreciated.
As soon as i switch on my phone i get charged 1 cent for internet usage even though i am not using the internet. I am then continually charged 1 cent whilst the phone is on. These charges are charged erratically - sometimes a few minutes go by before a charge is again levied and at other times the time period is longer. I have made sure that all automatic connections are turned off i.e. bluetooth, wireless lan etc.
When i look at the call log the sent and received data amounts equal zero yet i am still charged.
I have referred the matter to my service provided but they appear baffled and will investigate.
Any help will be appreciated.
