Nokia E52 - Mail for Exchange (where does the pst file get saved)

with a Nokia E52 - Mail for Exchange where does the pst file or actual mail get saved?

I have it setup to delete mails older than 30 days on the phone.

Either in MS Outlook or on your Exchange Server. The phone only keeps track of 30 days worth of mail, but does not delete it from the server when it synchronises (unless you choose to delete the message on your phone).
