Nokia E63 problems

Hi There

I dont know if any one can help me but i got a problem with my E63. I bought the phone in August.
I used the "switch mode" a coupla times, maybe twice, then 2 weeks back i can not access any of my contacts. When i try to access contacts, there is jus a blank screet with exit on the right, NO CONTACTS what so ever.

I tried doing a factory defaults reset but it did not help.
Anyone with the same problem or help on this.

Factory default delete all your contacts or am I wrong??

the contact are still on the phone coz i can still dial my moms numba and it show the name, and in my sms's, so the contacts are still on the phone but i cant see them

Factory reset deletes EVERYTHING on the phone including user settings. I guess what you are seeing is stuff on your sim card

it would'nt be that hey because the caller ID ov the numbers on the phone are still present, meaning they still on the phone..

Plug it into a computer with internet access and use nokia software updater to update the firmware. If you have the latest firmware it will ask you do you want to reinstall it. Then select Yes.
