I have the E71 and upgrading this weekend but still undecided. like the BIS as I do a lot of surfing on phone...

Just received a firmware update notification for my E72, latest is 031.023

I have updated to the new firmware, seems fine - but I haven't tested everything yet !

Sweet little phone this.

I had a black one first, but then my daughter confiscated it - now have a grey one (blacks were out of stock). But I'm happy with the grey, looks cool, and I haven't had a problem with keyboard legibility, although I can imagine that the black could be slightly better.

I also had to decide between BB & E72. Going for the E72 cos :

1. way better camera, 5MP on E72, 2.3MP no BB
2. Nokia looks WAY better that BB (my opinion)
3. not everything on the BB surfing is 'free' see here : http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...IS)-or-the-quot-Is-it-really-free-quot-thread
4. My R200 MTN airtime per month covers my browsing & calls
5. Better support for Nokia phones, free lifetime navigation, apps etc.
6. I just prefer Nokia

Agree, but I:

1 - Don't us the camera
2 - i like the look of BB more
4 - I currenlty browse about R150/month of which some of it is in-bundle
5 - only need push mail, solid phone and good browser
6 - this is a good point, also prefer Nokia but probably because I haven't had a BB!!
