i got a lumia 1320 as a gift, ive been using a vodacom sim and im trying to switch to cell c. when i insert a cell c sim it says no service, but it recieves whatsapp messages and it can access internet, no incoming and outgoing calls. how do i get to fix this?

Call Cell C in Sandton City, I heard their service is excellent.
