Nokia Music Store on Local Servers?

I had a bit of a search here but haven't found an answer. Does anyone know if the Nokia Music Store is avaialable on local bandwidth? Speed seems ok on my 348k line, but it's going to kill my cap quickly if I can't do this on local.

edit: Although it concerns Nokia I thought this would be a more appropriate forum since I have no intention of downloading my "6 million tracks" on 3G

If you could Install the flagfox extension for Firefox and you will be able to see for yourself.... but the music store only works with Internet Explorer for some dumb reason.

I've only tried the OVI Player and it doesn't show where the data is coming from. I will try and see how our firewall at work logs it...

edit: Tried flagfox and it shows as UK with a banner coming up stating tha Firefox does not use the TLD code but rather an internal IP database. I assume therefore that local bandwitdh is not going to help. Sucks
