Nokia N82 V30.0.019 avialable

Nokia just released a new firmware version for the N82. This update is available for N82s in South Africa without having to change your product code to an European one.

So for all those that had their mouths full when I said that I would wait for new version to come out for SA N82s, what do you have to say for yourself now ?

I have v20 on my N82 black, and I have no issues. I hacked my v20 successfully, and I'm using ROMPatcher to turn of the camera sound.

So I'll just wait until our product code is supported and v30 is easily hackable, then I'll upgrade =)

Thanks for your help! I am getting the N82 on the 4th of October - when I can upgrade and this will be helpful. What is the difference between v20 and v30? What do you think of the phone?

Oh Roux, I have actually read the post now. So it is available, ok, now I just have to wait for an easy hack then I'll upgrade.
