Go to nokia's website and download the latest pc suite (http://europe.nokia.com/A4144905) for your phone. Install it and do a backup of your phone and sim memory to your pc. Also download phone software update (http://europe.nokia.com/A4176089?N95). Install it and flash/update your firmware. Follow the prompts as it will test your firmware against the latest on the net. It will download the latest firmware and the phone should restart a few times during installation. Then when done your phone would be empty as the day you bought it. Start pc suite again and restore your backup to your phone. Hope it help.

Nokia N95-8gig Vodafone Live :(

Hi guys using the Nokia N95 8g Vlive edition, i have recently discovered a bit of a problem with this edition try loading a folder of 1 to 10 songs on to the phone (8gig Storage).
Then unplug your phone let it recognize the tracks then try delete the folder it will delete the tracks within the folder leaving just the folder, try delete the empty folder and you will get an error "General feature not supported"
Plug your phone back in to the p.c try delete the folder again the folder will delete from the p.c, Then unplug the phone and to my amazement the folder is still there "?" this is my 3rd phone after the phone being exchanged twice Vodacom and Nokia both seem to be very confused at this as they keep blaming one another the real problem here is Vodafone Live " Sorry Vodacom" but if you de-brand the phone this doesn't happen any longer 2 words "Vlive DRM" locking the folder, for instance Vodacom music station download to my N95 which is now de-branded will not install the application from Omnifone, I have reported this to 082 155 lets see if they get it I bet they wont again Vlive!!!!!

Have any of you upgraded to software 20.0.016 for 8GB?

I am experiencing some caller ID issues in the Text Messenger Application.
