what a cr@p phone. I had to send it in for repair already. Apparently it is known for its sticky key pad and the zoom is not consistent either. I have had this phone since 23 February 2010 and sent it in for repair on 16 April. I am very dissapointed. Now I am stuck with this phone for another 2 years, ho hum

ja luckily i am on anytime 100 mtn contract. they fixing phone for free. maybe i will enjoy the phone more...

Got mine in December. It is in for repairs with Nokia now for the third time.

Suffers from 'GSM buzz' issue and they cannot seem to sort it out.

Never had zoom issue though, check to see if you are running latest firmware. That seems to have fixed it, because very few people are still complaining about that.

I got my Navigator end of last year, I am currently sitting with the zoom problem as well as a problem with the HSDPA where as soon as you reach high speeds the phones internet connection just dies and you have to reconnect. Not sure if its worth taking it in for repairs or just getting another phone from scratch.

The zoom problem is pretty crap. It's only really bad in the browser, don't notice so much in Ovi Maps, Gallery and the Camera. I use Opera Mobile/Mini combo for browsing and Nokia Photo Browser to work around the zoom. And with free maps and navigation, there's no point using a different maps solution

It's inexcusable though. The zoom bar should have been a great addition and why can't it be turned off like optical trackpad on the N79 or the Navikey on the E72?. Pity because other than that I really enjoy the device. Think I shouldn't have forked out the extra cash for the N86!

Just got my one back from repair yesterday after not having it for just over a week. Apparently mechanical failure... well I am still sitting with exactly the same problem as what I sent it in for repair for. Because today is a public holiday have to wait till tomorrow to tell them they never got the job done. Am I allowed to demand a new phone??

you can, doesn't mean you'll get one. i had a customer with a nokia 6500 classic that was sent away for the 8th!!! time now. he got another handset twice, problem is its refurbished units, so you'll still have problems. if it comes back faulty after the second repair try sending a mail to [email protected].

Well phone gone in for repair again so we see how it goes. I should have it back within a week. hold thumbs please....
