Nokia or Sony Ericsson

Hi all, I know this is probably a very contentious issue, as there are both Nokia and SE fans, but ...

My last 5 phones have been Nokias. The last 2 of these have had umpteen problems and have been sent back to the manufacturers repeatedly. I'm now having my 6288 replaced by the service provider as it appears to be "unrepairable". Its been mentioned to me many times lately that I'd be crazy to go for a Nokia, SE is a far better choice.

What are the views out there? Any opinion will be appreciated.

I've got a SE now but I've been having problems with the damn thing for more than a year now. My girlfriends got the same model but hers is perfectly fine.

I think both Nokia and SE are of the more reliable phones but you do still get duds.
