I purchased a kaspersky (kms9) licence via nokia store , I used phone bill to make the payment,60zar was deducted from my phone acc , I also recieved an sms confirmation, but the kms9 app indicates payment error and is not activated, I sent a message to nokia support but there is not respond so far, which options do I have either to retrieve the licence or my money,?
 
Nokia's email is good be it a tad slow. Send them an email every day, they'll sort you out eventually.
 
two days two emails still no feedback...i only recieved an automated email confirming my purchase
