After receiving approval to buy a controlling stake in Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia said it will move fast to integrate the company.

If my memory serves, Microsoft bought Nokia's Cell Phone divisions, not the whole Company.

Indeed. So essentially Alcatel-Lucent will now be part of the Nokia Networks division.
