Appointed to the Telkom board in 2002, Nomazizi Mtshotshisa is a businesswoman with interests in the financial services, mining and energy sectors. She has served as the national director of the National Association of Democratic Lawyers. She chairs several organisations and companies: the Chris Hani Baragwanath Reconstruction Trust, Majweng Resources (mining) and Eco-Electrical. She is a board member of Mvelaphanda Resources, Grindrod, SA Black Women Investment Holdings and GEM logistics.
