Non Live Weather App

I wonder if anyone knows of a "Non - Live" weather app on Marketplace. I need to control the weather apps access to data when I require this app hence the request for "Non-Live" one. Having tried the search on Marketplace with zero results I thought a second pair of eyes will better. Thank you.

I'm not sure I follow?
Just disable any weather apps background task and don't pin it and it will only use data when you open the app.
If however you want to be able to navigate back to the app at any time and view un-updated weather, then that's a bit trickier.
If you cant find an app that does that, what about just remembering what it said, or taking a screenshot (if you've unlocked your device) and saving it.

Tnx did not think of your solution. I notice www.weathersa.co.za works well via the browser without any app required.
