Nordipen

Guys need some help.
Nordipen comes like thus
Norditropin SimpleXx 5mg (yellow) MUST be used with NordiPen 5mg (yellow)
Norditropin SimpleXx 10mg (blue) MUST be used with NordiPen 10mg (blue)
Norditropin SimpleXx 15mg (green) MUST be used with NordiPen 15mg (green)

Now what I am trying to undersyand is how this whole thing works with IUs

So guys advise to take 1 or 2 clicks on the pen which I assume is an iu.
So if all this is measured in iu then how do you work out how many iu in each pen

I see guys advise to take 2 clicks a day

Anyone care to explain?
