As far as I'm concerned if the Lotto never gets going again, it wouldn't worry me in the least. It's just a gov crony money making scam anyway and they'll neve see a cent of my money
However officials who are supposedly responsible for delivery not being prepared to answer questions about their obvious ineptitude is worrying and it pisses me off no end.

This malaka deserves to be fired almost as much as Manto and Alec
